- A “SITE” license, allowing unlimited installations, for solo practitioners and small specialty groups. Pricing is determined by the number of physicians or partners (not PAs) in the practice.
- A “SEAT” license, restricting installations to specific computers, for larger multispecialty groups, surgicenters, and record rooms.

PCArchiver10 includes the STANDARD version of the scanning module, called SCAN9. We recommend this version for 95% of our customers.
If your practice needs to partition records (by Labs, Path, EKG, Consults, etc.), you can add the optional BARCODE module, called SCAN10 (you will receive SCAN9 as well). Please contact the Support Desk before buying the BARCODE module; we can help you decide if you really need it. The STANDARD version is simpler and usually powerful enough for most offices.

Buy PCArchiver Support Contracts for after the first year:
All PCArchiver licenses include one year of unlimited Support, Software Upgrades, and online Remote Training. We will get you started, provide training tools and personal coaching, and answer any questions you have along the way.
After the first year, a nominal fee gets you additional years of unlimited E-mail, Fax, Phone, and Remote On-line Support and all Software Upgrades. Existing staff can get refreshers, and new staff can get up to speed. While you can renew at any time, we suggest you keep your Support Contract current so we can help you quickly if you should ever need us.
Satisfied with your present version? Don’t want Support or Upgrades? No fee. (We just don’t believe in the hard sell.)
